[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — ICICI Prudential Premium Deducted from Bank but premium did not get payed | |||
Below are the details of the transaction I made to pay the ICICI Prudential premium from HDFC bank and its been 2 days have not heard anything on this. Premium is still unpaid whereas amount is deducted from bank account. Narration [protected]- CitrusICICIPrudentia Ref No.[protected] I have sent an email to ICICI Prudential team as well but no update from them. Also, as per bank they have no role to play in this.
