[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — made payment through citrus, but not received to merchant

Hi sir / madam,

I have made the transaction rs. 12101 /-, on 3rd april 2018 for my annually premium pay to star health insurances company by using citrus pay. And i was received an e-mail your transaction has been successfully completed with payment receipt by citrus pay. But after the 10 days it not received to the star health company. They are saying we are not received your premium amount and your policy we will not renew if you not pay the premium. Actually payment link which i have received from star health official e-mail id (https://www.citruspay.com/invoice/6s4cj5cdfg/bhebxs1a63) and there fore i have paid premium by using that link.

I tried to contact citrus pay customer care, but there is no response. Also i have checked with my bank which i made the transaction and they are said payment was successful and prn is :- [protected]

Below are more details :-

Transaction details :-

1) merchant order number: 1672

2) citrus reference number: [protected]

3) order amount: 12101.00 inr

4) transaction date & time: apr 03, 2018 10:11:04 pm

Also i have checked login to the citrus pay, and there it's show the my last transaction with successful.

Please help me sir, on this matter and do needful.

Kindly close this case, Just now I have received an e-mail from the star health insurance company about my policy renew with payment receipt, I am very appreciate your quick response and take the action as required.

As already inform to star health insurance company for same, but they have refused to received money from your side . And how I get to know it's was successfully received to star health insurances company . So I request you give me all details ( like, payment transaction number, when it was done from your end, Acknowledge receipt which you get from the star health company while you paid my money to them ) so I will forward all the details to them. And also It's better, if you will send e-mail to star health insurances company at - [protected]@starhealth.in, about this transaction was successful with your end and give them all above details with put me in cc, my e-mail Id is - [protected]@gmail.com.

My policy number is :- P/700002/01/2018/002005
and amount I have paid :- 12101 /- Rs.

Let me know, if anything require from my side.

Please note that, I already give all details to star health insurances company which I got from your end .

As informed earlier, please note that this is a successful TXN via Payment Id - 020117286276423 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 1672 in order to get the status at their end.

Hi I have booked cyl in date o March 31 and I paid through online with my cc but booking have been cancelled but the amount have been not returned till today and no response from them so u kindly solve the problem and make quick refund pls

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at support@citruspay.com via email to assist you further -

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
