Citrus Payment Solutions — mcafee renewal failed

Hi team,

I made a mcafee renewal payment using my icici bank debit card ending 0817 on 27th august. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed. The reference i have for this is vin/citruspay m/[protected]/0.

Please check and initiate the refund for the same.
