[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — money deducted and paid to citrus payment gateway but order not placed on zara.in

I was placing an order on zara india and opted to pay through upi payment mode, for which i use google pay. Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.

I later placed the same order and paid through axis bank netw banking. I sent an email to [protected]@citruspay.com but i haven't received a response
I reached out zara and they confirmed they never received the amount on same order twice

It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another. Kindly address my grievance and refund. I can provide bank statement and google pay transaction id one to one.

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

My money has been deducted from my bank account when i was paying for a order on zara... Zara uses citrus payment gateway to which i paid the sum and money was deducted but as soon as i was redirected to the app, it showed payment error.It's very much inconvenient to run after your hard owned money like this from one email to another. Kindly address my grievance and refund. I can provide bank statement and google pay transaction id one to one

After i faced this issue I immediately googled about it and got to know that there has been a lot of cases where Zara app users faced problem paying via citruspay. Requesting you to please refund my amount of 1990/_ as soon as possible.

As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 03/07/2020 via RRN 018400553295. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

I made my order payment for Zara via UPI with citruspay at 19:41 26 February 2021, the amount got deducted from my account however the status for the order payment was pending and eventually got cancelled.
Please help.

Payment got deducted on upi, but on the portal it failed and on the app it says pending.
