[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Money deducted while shopping online but order status in app shows payment pending | |
I was purchasing a trouser online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of google pay .My money 1, 490 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money. Same happened with me two weeks ago and I still haven’t got my money refunded. Such a trash customer service by them.
