Hello, I’ve placed an order on 14th of May on Zara. Opted for UPI payment - got redirected to Citrus payment solutions gateway and made the payment from phone pe app. Money got debited from my account but the status of the purchase shows pending payment . Please let me know if the order and payment is successful else if it is unsuccessful kindly initiate the refund. Txn ID: T2105142229029232557345. Kindly resolve at the earliest.
