[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — money got debited from my account through phonepe to citrus solutions pvt ltd

I tried to municipal tax of hyderabad on ghmc app through net banking it took me through citrus pay payment gateway and 18748 has been debited from my account and when it is getting processed it showed payment fail & the transaction has been not completed and i will enclose the required proofs and the money went to citrus payment solutions pvt ltd didnt came back and im kindly requesting you to solve this issue as soon as possible and give my money back to my bank account

Updated by Abhilash Reddy Gummalla I have made a payment through citrus payment gateway to ghmc property tax on[protected] but has not been paid to ghmc and has also not been reflected back to me. Kindly refund me i need to pay the property tax.

Hey, this is a successful TXN via Citrus ID OL[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Updated by Abhilash Reddy Gummalla i got this message from GHMC and i already contacted the GHMC they are saying that they have not received and payment and you have outstanding bill amount u have not paid anything and u can see the date also its updated bill on 03/07/2020
