[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Money not refunded even after cancelling the purchase

I made a purchase from Zara site yesterday worth Rs 6160. Money debited from my account but site showed Payment pending. I had paid through UPI gateway of citrus solutions Pvt ltd. I called customer care who suggested cancel the purchase to get back money . But I didn’t get the amount . Return the amount immediately!!
