[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — my bank debited but beneficiary did not receive payment

I recharged bhavya jain's cept smart card account with rs.3000/- on 18/04/2019. My pnb account was debitted under reference citrus pa/[protected]/[protected]/bhavya by rs.3012/- but no money received in beneficiary's account.
Please check and advise

Either refund the money to originating account or remit to the beneficiary's account.

I have plan a journey to Delhi on18.4.19 am booking on line at 7pm in that transaction RS1253 has been deducted by Citrus clearly mentioned by that SMS money has been deducted so plz refund my amount deducted from my ICICI account as earlyest.
