[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Need a refund from citrus solutions pvt ltd | |||
Hi, I made a payment for my order from zara using googlepay upi id to (Citrus solutions pvt ltd). The amount is paid successfully to citrus solutions pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) and i got the reference number id[protected] and is attached herewith. But the status of the transfer is shown 'failed' to zara. I waited for one day for refund but didn't receive. Kindly resolve the complaint and please refund my money. As checked, this is a failed transaction and amount for same has been refunded on 21/09/2020 via RRN [protected].
