[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — online fraud occurred by pos kotak1194565

From my brother's sbi account ₹9000/- has been taken away by fraudster using POS KOTAK 1194565 on 5 Jan 2019.
Please find the culprit and help in returning my amount.

By same fraudster using different process ₹28, 800/- debited from another account.

Please please help me.

Dear/sir,
I am writing on behalf of my mother and brother whose sbi a/c have been debited by online fraud of total amount of ₹37800/-.
I need help from your end.
Details of the customer and unauthorised transaction are as follows-

A) Customer name- NAMITA DEVI
Two unauthorised transaction ID in this account are-
a[protected] Amt deducted- ₹20000/-
&
b[protected] Amt deducted- ₹ 8800/-

B) Customer Name- GAUTAM KUMAR

Unauthorised transaction ID[protected]
Amt deducted ₹9000/-.

(Both account lie in sbi barkakana, branch code - 5989)

Please help as neither home branch nor police has come to our help. Please find the guilty and give us information regarding-

Fraudster Name
His bank and bank account no. (If any)
His address.

Please solve my problem. And if possible help me in returning the money.
