Citrus Payment Solutions — Order failed no refund

Hello, this also happened to me twice. First the amount was 590 (order no [protected]. ) and then the amount was 1980 (order no. [protected] ), please look into the matter.

I placed these order separately and for both the amount was deducted and still the order showed ‘payment pending’ and later it was cancelled from Zara’s end with no refund in my bank account.
