[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — paid the amount but still not recharged

I have done the payment of rs 230 for tamil dpo package basic from my sun direct app via upi mode through google app on 24 jul 2019 at 6:59pm

The recharged amount credited to citrus solution pvt ltd as per directions of sun direct app directly from sun direct app
.
Amount debited my bank account but recharge not done. I called custmer care of sun ditect. But not resolved till date

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
