[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment error | |
I have made a payment on 1st june of 35500/- via icici bank debit card on go air airline website. Payment deducted from my account and credited to go air on 1st june -2019 but go air said that amount has been reversely charged by citrus pay on 20th june. Bank said they have not received refund from citrus pay so they are not refunding me the amount. Kindly refund the amount to bank so that i can get my refund. It has been 50 days already since i have made payment. Request u to solve this issue. I am attaching the file for the same for payment deducted from my bank account.
