[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment failure

Sir, I have paid rupees 600 for IGNOU convocation on POS IGNOU1138613 at CITRUSPAY IGNOU txn#[protected]. PAyment of 604.2 was deducted from my SBI account on March 27 at 11.55 PM but in the IGNOU portal it showed that the transaction has been failed. On contacting the IGNOU authorities they said that no payment has been received by the other party. Please resolve the issue.
