[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment gateway failure

I paid 34198₹ on 27/12/17 to mits gwalior
Through citrus payment gateway via debit card the process was usual, amount got deducted from my bank account but after processing back the payment was not acknowledged and the gateway gave a message of repayment which i cancelled. The amount was deducted but did not reach the merchant niether recredited.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at support@citruspay.com via email to assist you further -

• Citrus, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
