[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not received by municipal corporation, jalandhar

On 25.03.2020, i have paid rs.1260 on a/c of water/sewerage bill of municipal corporation jalandhar (Punjab) using the link citruseazypay. The payment was made through net banking of hdfc bank. Rs.1260 was deducted from my bank account immediately but not paid to mc jalandhar. Kindly arrange refund.

I have made an insurance payment of Rs 620 in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under ICAI-CMP Benefits on 24th March 2020 but the said payment is not reflected in the ICAI Portal and the amount has been deducted from my account.
