Citrus Payment Solutions — payment not received to merchant account

Hi team,

I had done a payment of property tax rupees: 2353.00 through your citrus payment gateway on 10 may 2020. However money deducted from my account through phone pay i had confirmation from phone pay that they credited amount to merchant account but my property tax still shows as due. Phone pay customer service said as you used citrus payment gateway check with them. Can you please check why the amount is not credited to merchant account and revert back asap.

Hi Susheel,

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your transaction with Citrus ID OL[protected] processed on[protected] for Rs. 2353.00 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

This is the 10th day and I haven't received the Amount to my account yet, can you help me with the Delay replay.When Actually your refund will reflect in my account.

It's More than 10 days, Amount is not credited to my account yet. Can you Explain what is the Reason Behind it. When will the Amount be Refunded. Now I am Really worried please Reply ASAP.

Hi Team,

I am not satisfied with your support System, it's been 14 days I keep writing comments and there is no response from your Team. Do you Actually Value Customer Service on High Priority Basis. Why is that my Amount is not Refunded to My Account yet, why there is no reply from your Department. Is this any fake Payment gateway you are using to Scam People. I am doubting now. You have no Idea in this Crucial Period of Covid -19 Lockdown, what People are Suffering. Please respond.
