[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment related issue . Payment made for zara on the date- 27th September

I made an online payment on zara on the 27th September, the payment went through and the money was deducted from my bank but it showed on the zara website that payment was not processed and it got cancelled. They said i’ll get my refund within 7-10 days but I still haven’t received it yet. Please process my refund payment asap.
