I have done the payment through your gateway for mahanagar gas bill for consumer no.[protected] by opting net banking option. I just received the message on my screen that thank you payment successful and transaction ref no.[protected]. Why can't i get the full details such as payment amount, date & time, payment for (To whom i have done the payment.) How could just transaction number be useful. I should receive the proper receipt for my future reference and not just the transaction reference no. Please arrange for the same and forward the same at my email. My email id is - shanta.
