[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — payment to hp gas was not acknowledged | |
I have booked gas cylinder for HP gas on 09/08/2019 for my consumer no. 632451 with Vahikar Gas Agency, Pune by paying online through Citrus payment gateway using internet banking. The amount shown on receipt was Rs. 565.50 but the amount deducted from my account is Rs. 576.84. The gas agency claims that they have not received the payment. Either the company should acknowledge the receipt of amount and pay to the gas agency or refund me my amount back. Requesting a quick action. Was this information helpful? | |
