[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — pnb debit card transaction to kotak bank amount not received

On March 4, 2018, My PNB Debit card transaction to my Kotak bank for amount Rs 9972 failed. Amount was debited from my PNB account but was not credited to my Kotak savings account . This transaction was done in Kotak 811 App, Fund My Account section.
Transaction ID: ECOM [protected] CITRUSPAY KOTAK.
Payment gateway was Citrus Pay Etailing Mumbai.
My Kotak Bank CRN number[protected]
On March 4, 2018 I lodged a complaint to [protected]@citruspay.com
They gave me the Ticket ID[protected]
But till today I have not got the amount back. Please resolve the issue soon

Dear All. Happy to inform that after almost 38 days, I today received back my failed transaction amount of RS 9972 to my source account... Thanks to this forum which is very useful for people like me for resolving such type of issues.. Thanks Again...

Dear Milind,

Your transaction CTX[protected] processed on 04/03/2018 for Rs.9972.00 /- was a failed transaction.

In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed to your source account within 7 to 10 working (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).

But now 17 days have passed since the above failed transaction but still I have not yet received the amount 9972 back in my source account. Please see the screen shot of the Bank statement of my source account.
