[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — property tax not credited to ghmc, hyderabad

Using 'my ghmc' app, i paid property tax to ghmc thru citrus pay for the year 2017-18 an amount of rs. 2805.90 on 27/04/2017 using my andhra bank debit card. My ptin # is [protected], lb nagar circle, ghmc, hyderabad.

Till date, it is not credited to ghmc and they have raised a new property tax notice with penalty.

I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and inform me the details of transaction to enable me to settle the issue with ghmc. If the same is already credited to ghmc, please forward me those details. If not. Credit ghmc now under intimation to me.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Sir, i used to pay from SBI internet banking for JIPMER Payment, a message received by me showing amount deducted But JIPMER Web fee not paid. transaction ref. no IGADBHIDF8 for Rs 1513.28 on[protected]:19 Hrs.please refund the amount as early as posssible.
