I made a ticket booking on 4th October 2018, I booked 10 tickets for amount of RS 2438.19 It has been debited from my HDFC account, but I don't receive the ticket. I checked with the bank & they clearly said that the amount been credited to the merchant(your account)so please refund my money ASAP.I tried out calling your customer care no response .Kindly provide with a customer care number & refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |||
