Hi, i made two payments of rs 1500 (Total rs 3000) against the property tax and water tax on 2nd aug'18. Payments are debited from my account but the payment at the merchant's site showed failed. Both transactions were done at 9.30 am. Confirmed with my bank (Axis bank) the payment are successful at our end.
