Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund not done | |
I booked two Jungle Safari tickets for Jim Corbett National Park via Citrus Pay gateway, one for Rs. 6030 via google pay and Rs. 5222 via Net Banking of SBI. The amount got deducted in both cases, but both tickets didn't get booked. I booked the tickets on 6th January and was told that refunds will be done within one week. But the amount has not been refunded yet. The transaction number done via google pay is D[protected] and net banking of SBI is D[protected].
