[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Refund not initiated for a ZARA order that was cancelled | |
On July 13, I paid for my ZARA order through Gpay but the order didn't get placed and was cancelled eventually. I had explained this issue in my previous complaint too. It has been over a month since this incident and a refund hasn't been initiated yet. Please find attached the invoice of the Gpay transaction.
