[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — sun direct claims payment not received | |||
I had made a payment/recharge to SunDirect via UPI(PhonePe app) on 13 jun 2019. The amount is Rs. 399. The transaction was successful & the amount was debited from my account. Citrus solution pvt ltd is the gateway of sundirect for transcation. But Sun Direct denies of the amount being credited to their account. I'm attaching a photo of the transaction details.
