I have done a 6 months renewal for malayalam basic pack for rs.1125 using my sun direct mobile app via upi on 21st august 2019 through quick recharge option. But money got deducted from my bank account through upi payment id number:[protected]Confirmed this with my bank), while it's not reflecting in my sun direct dth account smart card number: [protected].
