[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction done but order not placed | |
S placing an order on zara india online on 21st July and had opted for payment via upi. I did payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway. I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and transaction was successful and money debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. So zara cancelled the order. Please initiate refund process. Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
