[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction failed but amount debited while doing online admission

I tried to apply for online application with transcation of 800rupess. Two time i tried to transact the amount but total amount of 1600 rupees debited from my hdfc account. Next day, i found that online application got success. But the amount of remaining 800 rupess not credited back to my account.

As checked, both the transactions are successful at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant "eazypay". Request you to connect with the merchant directly regarding Cancellation/Refund of any one of the transaction or you can raise the chaegeback against anyone of the transaction.
