[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction failed but money debited from bank | |||
Made online payment of rs.1000/- for ph. D registration on rtmnu website. After making payment next screen showing the message of cm90004-duplicate record message. At the same time money was debited and the payment status also not updated. The bank from which payment debited is union bank of india showing transaction id - s98012063. Hence it is requested to refund my money of rs.1000/- as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have send rs 399 for use of McAfee LiveSafe using debit card my money has been deducted bt it displayed as Duplicate Record please solve this
