[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction failure eazypay to Citrus Payment gateway | |||
Hello, I tried to pay my college fee 20810/- on[protected] for my second semester. My college that is University of Hyderabad is using eazypay which redirected me to the citrus payment gateway. I made the payment through Union bank of India and amount got debited from my account. I also got a message from the bank that transaction to citrus payment solutions was completed successfully but my college has not received any amount. So it will be very helpful if you could look into this matter and credit the amount back into my account. Kindly help because I need to pay my semester fees. I have attached the transaction history screenshot and the message that I received from the bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
