I booked air ticket thro air india express and the payment was done through citrus payment gateway. The details are as under: Payment of rs. 15048.80 for citrus-[protected]/ air[protected]/thru net banking ref: [protected] dated[protected] indian bank. But the payment not reached the airlines.
