[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — transaction not done but money is debited

Dear sir
I am filling my form of rgpv during transaction time i take choice of pnb debit card detail. Due to careless i fill the detail of oriental bank of commerce debit card detail in place of pnb debit card detail. After enter otp
Money is deducted but some error on confirmation page shown. And form is also not submitted
After two hour i go to cyber cafe and then fill my form of rgpv by giving cash to them. And next day i contact to rgpv then he told me that your only payment is done which is updated and transaction id is different it means that only one payment is done.
The transaction detail o[censored]nsuccessful payment is shown below. (Transaction amount 1850 on[protected]

I paid 510 Rs. against the e-challan(challan no. - [protected]), my transaction id is: [protected]. But still it shows unpaid.
