[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — UPI transaction failure | |||||
Hello, I’ve placed an order on 16th of May on Zara. Opted for UPI payment - got redirected to Citrus payment solutions gateway and made the payment from phone pe app. Money got debited from my account but the status of the purchase shows pending payment . Therefore Zara cancelled my order My amount has debited from bank account Please let me know if the order and payment is successful else if it is unsuccessful kindly initiate the refund.
