Hi, I placed an order on the zara app and made a payment via upi through your gateway. The upi transaction's status is successful but my order has been cancelled due to lack of payment. The amount has been already debited from my account and the customer support of the merchant has stated that they cannot help me as the payment has not been received by them I am attaching the upi transaction receipt and would request you to initiate a refund as soon as possible.
