[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara order on 4th feb

I made a transaction to zara on 4th feb and cancelled the order on 5th of feb but i didn't get my refund till now. i had already contacted the bank and zara but they are saying that they don't have money.
so i request you to refund my money back into my account.
