[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara order payment completed but on zara app it shows payment pending

I have order from zara app . I made payment through upi . Payment got sucessfull and money also got deducted but in zara app it shows payment is pending . Please help me with this

My order is cancelled and my money is also stuck
We regret the inconvenience caused. Your transaction with Citrus ID UPI[protected] processed for Rs. 1780 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to your source account on[protected] and shall reflect into your account within 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

But when i was checking my upi app its showing transaction is sucessfull and money is deducted but you are mentioning that transaction is not sucessfull . Can you please help me with this
