Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara product money deducted but order not confirmed

I had place an order on zara india app online on 23rd october 2021 and i payed via upi through that via google pay.
I did the payment & my money got debited but in zara india app my order was not confirmed & zara did not receive any order payments & zara india cancelled my order saying that the payment was pending.
I haven’t got any refund

Please check my concern & give me the refund at the earliest possible.
