Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara refund has not reflected in my bank account

I had done online transactions on Zara app on 27 November 2020 and 2 December 2020 through UPI. And I had put items for return.

So far, I have received only partial amount of my only 1 order ₹1554 on 16 Dec 2020. Remaining total balance of all the orders ₹7252 merchant is stating that they have already initiated me the refund but there is no update with the refund in my bank statement.

Total 3 different orders were placed and merchant provided me all 3 Return ID transaction numbers mentioned below.

Citrus Payment Solutions Customer Care's response Hi, as checked refund was successfully initiated on[protected],[protected],[protected] for OL[protected], OL[protected], OL[protected] and shall reflect in the source account within 5 to 7 working days. Please find the needful Bank RRN no. for your reference[protected],[protected],[protected] . Hope this helps.

Updated by Vienna07 Kindly provide me the dates of initiations and reference number on my email. It shows me protected here And please confirm though refund was successfully intiated, if the transactions of the payments were successful or failed.
