Cits Recruiter — they have cheated by data entry job and l lost my money too

I'm sriram from cbe,
I have applied part time job over quikr.
And i got call from this cits recruiter that there is a vacancy for work from home jobs. They given the project and i did it and submitted in few days before the deadline of the project. After 2-3 days they said "u will receive a password through sms for that u need to pay src amount 426 rs (Which they said its refundable)", i paid it and received password and the login id, then 5-6 days later i got sms that my salary is freezed because of pac is unclear, i asked the recruiter nandhini, she said "to unclear the pac u need to pay 8553 rs (Which it is also refundable) i paid it and i got sms that pac is clear and the salary is unfreezed and on 4th april 5pm you we receive the salary but till now i didnt get the salary and all mobiles are switched-off.

Please do help me regarding this. I have all the evidence (Like contact numbers, payment screenshot & payment numbers). Please do something... And i have chat screen shots also
