City Cool Cab — unprofessional cabs please do not book this

Have booked a trip one day in advance from pune to lonavala
They said driver ([protected]) would reach by 8am
However these people are highly unprofessional
First they will not pick up the calls ([protected]), then they lie saying that driver is not getting the society on map. They spoiled my trip which was planned well in advance and for which they gave fake assurance also
Please do not waste time in booking this cab

We wanted a cab from Dadar to Mahim at 1930 on 7 Sep and the cab MH 02 BQ 2867 asked for Rs.250 for a travel less than 2kms. I wish he learns to be human rather than be a looter

It was raining and was a visarjan day, as usual the looting was rampant.
