City Express India — Cheated 40 lakhs in Bangalore

We approached city express in August 2015 the business was keen and we interacted with Mr. Srinivas Rao, Mr. Satish, Mr. Vadavi & Mr. Mohan Kumar we opted for a CHF at Bangalore by paying an Amount of 5, 11, 000 on 14th October 2016, and then we discussed about SHF Bangalore, we then got to know that SHF was given to another person, we contacted the company and asked them for SHF Chennai, but due to floods in Chennai we then decided to go for regional franchise Karnataka & Tamil Nadu.

After several meetings & discussions we were asked to pay a sum of 40 Lakhs in total for Regional Franchise KA & TN, which was cleared as below.

1. 10, 00, 000 – Drawn in name of Mr. Vijay Vadavi on 10.12.2015 Cheque No – 667965, Mr. Satish convinced to pay by Cash as the same was to be cleared to the earlier Regional Franchise which was later allotted to us
2. 10, 00, 000 – Drawn in name of Mr. Mohan Kumar on 10.12.2015 Cheque No – 667966, Mr. Satish convinced to pay by Cash as the same was to be cleared to the earlier Regional Franchise which was later allotted to us
3. 10, 00, 000 – Cheque in name of SRRM courier & cargo limited on 10.12.2015 was handed over at shivajinagar office
4. 5, 00, 000 – we had issued a cheque to SRRM Courier & Cargo Limited, but we informed Mr. Vijay Vadavi not to deposit but he still went ahead and deposited the cheque without our concern, the cheque bounced, later we initiated a NEFT to SRRM courier & cargo limited on 9.02.2016

The entire payment for the Regional Franchise was made, and the Inaugural of the regional franchise office was on the 25th April 2016, it was inaugurated by Mr. Srinivas Rao, he handed over the certificate & Agreement of Business of Regional Franchise for KA & TN.

As promised by the folks in Bangalore office, we were to receive our payment on the 2nd May 2016, which kept postponing with no proper updates.

The office closed all the people associated when absconding, we do not have a clear picture of the money that we have invested.

someone from Gujrat was in touch which was also fake, all we need is the money we have invested, i have procured a bank loan in my wife name for 30 lakhs & been paying interest for 1 year now keeping in mind business will be fruitful, but they have cheated.
