Dear sir, From last two weeks we were seeking mortgage noc in order to approve the loan however per cidco transfer officer informed that they seller has to registration legal heirship certificate. Cidco already transferred the flat to mumtaz noon abdul qadeer but still cidco officer want to revalidate the registration. Her husband not registered the flat at time of cidco allotment but not he is no more so we still need to register flat in name of her wife and then we can get mortgage noc, please advise. I have won the lottery but due to medical issues I can't buy the flat... An number of times I have called the on CIDCO helpline but they don't give proper guidance and I have personally raise a complaint in their website but it's pending they don't even read the msges. Please I need to surrender my flat and want my money back

Roads in sector 10 in kharghar is so much in bad shape..especially turning near highway break...
