I have won in CIDCO Lottery 2018. I have submitted all my documents . But still my application got rejected .I do not have any lability wanting to buy a house for my mother ...we do not have any house...I can pay the emi with my decent salary ...I have salary certificate and my cibil score is also good..but the authorities had rejected my application..
