Hi,
We have submitted a request 2 months back to unlock the frozen account. But now the bank officials are saying that they could not get the letter and documents and asking us to submit again.

I tried to book IRCTC tickets
My money got debited but the tickets did not get booked

This is Tamizhvaanan used ATM near my location to withdraw 600rs the transaction receipt showed transaction denied but money got debited from my account.please take necessary action ASAP

The above IMPS TRANSACTION has to be reversed as I have entered a wrong IFSC code. The amount has been debited from my account
Yesterday(07-Feb-2019) at 8:30 pm withdrawal amount rs 500 from axis bank ATM machine, After entering the amount and password the machine has taken a long time and displayed the message as "service unavailable", Entered amount not came out, But I received a text from bank amount debited.
