City Union Bank — Amazon shopping refund amount not credited | |
I A Gowri account Holder salary account [protected] branch tambaram. I got refund from amazon shopping of Rs 579 on 31 Oct 2020. But till date Rs 579 is not credited to my account. When I contacted amazon they told to contact bank for the refund . kindly look into the matter and credit the amount Rs 579 as soon as possible. I attach the screenshot of refund message of Amazon . When i contacted amazon they asked me to contact bank customer care .please slove this issue and credit the total amount of 1600 in to my account as soon as possible .
