[Resolved]  City Union Bank — atm withdrawal with city union bank, sakkottai branch related

Dear sir,
I am a bsnl pensioner having my pension account with account no. Sb-pen [protected] at head post office, kumbakonam. My opening balance today in my pension account is rs. 23, 363-40. Today, at about 08 25 am, i did my withdrawal of rs. 10, 000/= through cub cdm/atm machine with id cub01785 at cub, sakkottai branch (Atm ref. No.[protected] through my postal atm card). But to my surprise, i got an acknowledgement receipt from the above atm that that my transaction amount is rs. 10, 000/= and available balance is rs. 3, 363.40 instead of rs.13, 363.40. When checked through the mini statement got through a co-existing atm at sakkottai branch that an amount of rs.10, 000 is drawn two times which is not true. Subsequently i received messages from indian postal bank one at 08 44 am showing my closing my balance as rs.13, 363.40 and another at 08 46 am showing my closing my balance as rs. 3, 363.40. However, i hereby swear in the name of god that i did physically a withdrawal of rs. 10, 000 only (4 x rs. 2000 notes & 4 x rs. 500 notes). Hence i earnestly request your goodness to kindly look into the case immediately and initiate necessary action so that the loss of rs.10, 000 occurred to me through my withdrawal from your cdm/atm machine at sakkottai branch be compensated. I am also a customer of your branch with sb account no.[protected].
