City Union Bank — card swipe error amount debited from account | |||||
Hi, I am surya, customer of city union bank, madanapalli branch, andhra pradesh. On 12/04/2018, i have used my debit card at petrol bunk, the amount was deducted from my account but the from merchant machine it shows 'error in transaction', so that i have paid my cash again. I have called to customer care number, they said it will be reimbursed with in 24 hours, and still it's not reimbursed. Kindly help with the issue. Thanks, Surya Was this information helpful? | |||||
